Why Sensitive People Are Drawn to Healing Work
Mon, Mar 23
|Live Online Seminar
Some people seem naturally drawn to helping, listening, supporting, and holding space for others. Why do some people feel this pull toward healing work in the first place? And how do they learn to support others. And how do they learn to support others without losing themselves in the process?

About the event
Many people who feel drawn toward healing work describe themselves as highly sensitive.
They notice emotional shifts in a room. They feel the suffering of others deeply. They often find themselves naturally listening, comforting, or supporting people through difficult experiences.
But this sensitivity can also feel overwhelming. Without the right understanding and boundaries, caring deeply can lead to exhaustion, compassion fatigue, or burnout.
In this seminar we will explore why sensitive people are often drawn toward healing and birth work, and how that sensitivity can become a powerful asset rather than something that drains them.
Topics we will explore include:
• Why sensitive nervous systems are often drawn to helping roles
