What You'll Experience:
Fertility (Yin) Yoga and Prenatal Yoga: Start each day with guided yoga practices to promote balance, healing, and relaxation.
Guided Hypnosis Healing: Participate in powerful group hypnosis sessions focused on healing and business blocks.
Reflexology & Reiki Session Exchanges: Practice and refine your skills with fellow students in a supportive and hands-on environment (Days 1-3).
Comfort Measures for Birth: Learn and practice hands-on techniques for supporting clients through labor and birth (Days 4-5).
