1. Apply:
$150 application fee
During the application process we will consider your geography (we are accepting applications for trainers in most areas of the US and Canada), your past reflexology training, your professional reflexology experience, your teaching or other relevant experience and more. Application fee is non-refundable and does not guarantee that you will be accepted into the Reflexology Trainers program. Applicants can review By the Moon Trainer Compensation Agreements before continuing the process.
2. Cross Training Program:
$900 tuition
Accepted applicants must complete our comprehensive cross-training program. This phase ensures that you are well-versed in the unique By the Moon reflexology techniques. To be eligible for cross-training reflexologists must be certified with a reputable organization. Cross training includes a supervised written exam (study guide provided), 25 documented case studies using By the Moon's session sequence and techniques, and an observed reflexology session/practical exam. Successful completion of cross training certification requirements does not guarantee acceptance into By the Moon's Reflexology Trainer program.
4. Trainer Development Program:
Accepted applicants who complete the cross-training phase can enter the Trainer Development Program.
Gain insights into effective teaching methodologies, classroom management, and the ethos of By the Moon. During this phase of training you will work with By the Moon to schedule an in person reflexology course in your area, gain support with marketing and mentorship for your first class.
The elevation to the role of a Reflexology Trainer hinges on several key factors, including feedback from students, adept completion of administrative tasks related to course organization, active team participation, and the successful execution of marketing initiatives leading to robust course registrations.
5. Ongoing Support and Mentorship:
Benefit from continuous support and mentorship as you step into your role as a Reflexology Trainer. Our experienced team will guide you through the initial phases of your training career.

By the Moon takes care of student registrations, shipping course manuals and resources, tuition payments and online learning while you get to enjoy the interactions with students from your area as they learn the practical skills and complete their exams. Being a part of our training team gives many opportunities to participate in our community supporting the development of all of our students.
We are not currently looking for trainers in areas where we already have active reflexology trainers. Please inquire about opportunities in your area.
