Birth Doula and Reiki Master, and mom to a 2.5 year old daughter, living on Vancouver Island, BC. In the last year a curiosity about how to better work with fetal positioning has led to attending the Spinning Babies workshop, which led to taking taking a 20hr Prenatal Yoga Teachers Training focused on mindful movement during pregnancy, and on to registering for a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training starting September 2018. Super excited to bring energy-work into doula-work moreso, and gain more knowledge and training in Reflexogy and Doula support during fertility and loss.
